  • Do you have an app?

    We do!!  Booking, purchasing, and tracking your classes is super easy in the Drift Method Pilates app.  Scroll all the way down for the link!  

  • For whom are your classes designed?

    We welcome everyone — men, women, beginners, athletes and everyone in between.  Our expert instructors are able to accommodate each and every client.  (Please let us know if you have any injuries before class!)

  • Are grip socks required?

    YES!  For safety and sanitation purposes, please bring grip socks to class.  If you don't have any or if you forget them, we've got you covered with socks sold at the studio.  Or purchase in the app and they will be ready for pick up when you come to class.

  • What should I bring?

    Grip socks, water bottle, maybe a sweat towel.  That's all you need!

  • Can I attend class if I am pregnant?

    YES! If your doctor clears you to participate, then we’d absolutely love to have you in class.  Safety is our top priority, and our team will be able to offer modifications that are both safe and effective.

  • Where can the mobile studio be set up?

    Airbnbs, homes, rentals, corporate spaces, etc.

  • Do you offer private sessions?

    Absolutely. Drift Method offers personalized private sessions for individuals, duets, and trios. Perfect for those who want focused instruction or prefer to move with a partner or family member.

  • Do you offer private parties/events?

    If you’re looking to celebrate, gather your group, or create a memorable wellness moment, we also offer private Pilates parties for birthdays, bachelorettes, retreats, and special events. These can be hosted at your home, Airbnb, workplace, or one of our curated outdoor locations along the coast.
