Before Your Session
We arrive 60 minutes before class to transform your space into a boutique studio.
Your instructor handles everything this includes unloading reformers, arranging the layout, and ensuring the environment feels calm, clean, and ready for movement.
What we need from you:
- A clear, level space (indoors or outdoors)
- Access to the area for setup
- Any notes about stairs, gates, or parking
That’s it. We take care of the rest.
During Your Session
Each class is a 50‑minute curated reformer experience designed around your goals, energy, and environment.
Expect:
- Personalized cueing
- Intentional sequencing
- A boutique studio feel without leaving home
For private events, we guide your group through a energizing and uplifting session that feels both grounded and fun.
After Your Session
We handle a 30‑minute breakdown and equipment cleaning so your space returns exactly as we found it.

Travel & Logistics
Our mobile setup ensures every reformer arrives safely and every detail is handled with care.
Local sessions within San Diego County include standard travel.
Locations outside San Diego County will have a travel fee.
